The surrender process below is designed to prioritize and ensure the cat's well-being and comfort.

Submit a surrender request using the link above, as we operate on a waitlist and an appointment-only basis. |

Provide as much information as possible about the cat(s), including medical history, behavior, and any special needs.

Following post submission instructions emailed to you, send a photo of each cat you are surrendering, as well as any veterinary records for the cats listed on the submitted forms to redemptioncatrescue@yahoo.org
Include your full name and the cats name in the subject line and state I’m the body that you wish to be added to the waitlist. |

On the day of your surrender appointment, please bring the cat(s) and any veterinary records and the cat’s personal belongings, such as its favorite toys or bedding, to help it transition smoothly. Please also bring at least a one week supply of food to assist us with transitioning the cat onto what we are feeding at the shelter. |

There is usually a surrender fee to help cover the costs of caring for the cat while it awaits a new home.
